Korean Journal Data Archive

The right map visualizes the locations of study sites published in Korean-language journals (n = 10; last update: 2025-06-15). Clicking a site marker (The cursor changes from 🤚 to 👆 when a marker is clickable.) opens a pop-up window displaying site-level metadata. A downloadable tabular geochronological dataset is available via the “Download File” link in each pop-up. Each entry also includes a PublicationID (e.g., Pub-052); clicking the ID reveals the full citation information.
Site locations are represented by color-coded circles, classified into six types of depositional environments: (1) Open Coastal Zone, (2) Estuary, (3) Lagoon, (4) River, (5) Volcanic Cone, and (6) Others.

Instructions for Interacting with the Map:
Click on a circle to display a pop-up window containing metadata for the selected site. To close the window, click the 'X' icon in the upper-right corner.
